Charles S. Parker disappeared near Athens GA January 15, 2012 within hours of giving his rendition of MLK "I Have A Dream" speech at church. He was headed to Madison County to look at investment property. Police searched near where his cell phone last pinged, but there was no trace of Charles. Nearly 5 miles from there, Charles's body was found February 20, 2012 in a well on abandoned property along Sandy Cross Road in Oglethorpe County GA.
