Mom of 4, Rachael Leigh Anderson was last seen April 16, 2010 in Moscow Idaho. Her estranged husband went to prison on a weapons charge, and is the only POI in her disappearance. He was re-arrested upon leaving federal prison in September 2012, and was awaiting trial in Columbia County WA for assault on Rachael before she filed for divorce. In a twist of this unusual case, 3/18/13, the State asked for charges to be dismissed in favor of Federal charges by 5/1/13. On 5/1/13 Charles Capone and David Stone were arrested and held in Latah County ID. They await trial on first-degree murder charges.
